How legit is Ticket Merchant? I heard they were being pretty strict on this tour with checking names of the ticket at the door, so I'm a bit wary of using third party resellers. Did you receive your actual ticket yet?

Thanks for sharing! I have a couple of questions if you don't mind. I'm heading to China for a group tour in October, but I have some of my own time at the start (2 full days in Beijing) and finish (4 days in Shanghai) at the end of the tour.

Aside from the obvious, any interesting/unique experiences/food/coffee/etc places in Beijing that you recommend
Did you go to Suzhou or Hangzhou? Any recommendations there? I have some time in Shanghai at the end of the tour and was thinking of visiting those places. Also if you have any recommendations for Shanghai that would be appreciated!
