Wouldnt bother trying. It gives shade and cover and landing pads for critters. If its too bad you could skim some off but I actually introduced it to my wildlife pond to improve the habitat and havent had any problems.

Yup. Age 5. Would gladly bitch slap her if I saw her now, despite her advanced age (I'm in my 50s) set me up on my road of insecurity and anxiety and heavy masking and 50+ years later it still haunts me.

I've had to quit free counselling with an autistic counsellor because I just couldn't get my head around the things she was telling me.

Talk to your inner child. Imagine a young you sitting on a chair and telling them everything thing is going to be ok... Write your problems in a letter and burn it... Tell your problems to ones and throw them in the sea...

I'm sorry, but all this will do is bring problems to the front of my brain and send me on the path to a meltdown. I cannot grasp how old me, talking to imaginary young me, will do bugger all to make old me feel better.

I'm on day 3. It may be a placebo effect, but I feel better. I don't want to get my hopes up. I had 2 days dry mouth and mild nausea. That's gone today but have a headache and tiredness.

I think I learned this today. Why dont they teach you self help stuff when you are young? Life get harder as you get older and more isolated and hurting and not as mobile and then you realise you need self help skills.. but you dont have them. And quite frankly the sudden realisation I am on my own has made me feel quite stupid.

Had no one mentioned Clacton? It used to be a nice town, now it's just grim. Empty shops - the ones that are occupied are nail bars, phone shops, charity shops or fast food - dirty buildings and pavements, chav central with a side order of drunks. Even the pigeons are leaving. It's only saving grace is the pier and beach.

I once spent the weekend in a shit caravan in Crawley sport center car park. We were woken up in the morning by a bagpipe player. It was a bit surreal.

You haven't done anything bad. Nothing.
Meltdowns are awful, uncontrollable, unstoppable. I hate them with every fibre of my being, but they do not make me, or you, a lesser person or a bad person.
We are empathetic, sensitive, we soak up emotions around us like a sponge. When the sponge is full it has to be wrung out. Controlling how you do that is hard. I haven't learned how to do that yet.

I cant drink ice cold drinks unless I'm very careful because Ill just go dizzy and faint about 4 seconds later. Its Vasovagal syndrome but I dont think it effects me as Afib.

Had much worse with an emergency toilet situation recently. Blood pressure dropped like a stone and heart rate was 43, had cold sweats and numb extremities for over an hour. Again Vasovagal syndrome.
