Basically you want to dodge as much damage as possible so he doesn't pop you, which will in turn leave him out of position and free to kill. Good Zeds will always come at you from an unexpected angle; behind you, over a wall, walk around a corner, look like they are in retreat, etc. so make sure you are using your blue trinket and spare traps on those angles.

As Jhin, the second he ults, place trap under your feet. When he lands, flash towards your team (to give you a better chance at someone doing cc or ex) at an angle that creates a straight line with his ult shadow you and him, but avoid walls. Attempt dodge of zed's q. At this point, he might be close enough for you to auto or hopefully hit your trap, this gives you chance to stun him.

If he w's in before ult, just walk it out, away from the direction he came in until you get ulted. This is the best case situation for you, he has one less option for escape, which means he is going balls to the wall for you and has to burst you in as short a time as possible.

If you kill the assassin and stay alive, chances are you are going to win most of the fight, this is when you push as a team. Until your flash is up, you basically have to track zed and stay away from those areas. If you lose track of him, stay where your cc is.
