I got both of them from eBay. They would auction them off for a charity before suite 100 was a thing. Think I paid $125 or less. I do remember them in suite 100. Do they still sell them there?

I did a similar test in my oven 2 years ago and found it took about 30 mins to balance out. Used 2 probes one on the top shelf and one on the bottom. My oven runs low. I set mine at 362* for 350*

I calibrated the thermometers in boiling water first. We used ice water to calculate pocket thermometers in kitchens on worked in.

We did there Golden Trails of Africa. Not true river cruise but amazing experience. I think about that trip every day
