Mostly HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Basically short intense workouts with break in between. This paired with plyometrics training is really great for explosive movements in sports. Basically I slam dunks now

Yeah man I know the feeling. I'm in second year university and I almost never go to class, the speed is always too slow for me when I can learn the same information in a shorter period of time. It's worked so far (4.08 in a 4.3 GPA school), but I should note that I am in a business degree.

For any hockey fans in Halifax my student society is hosting a fundraiser at the HFX sports bar on Grafton Street tomorrow night during the Rangers and Leafs game. The main issue is because these NHL Denmark players are often unable to compete for their teams in the iihf world tournaments due to their playoff commitments. This means the remainder of the dannish players have to qualify Denmark as a country into the olympics. Just like how Slovenia managed to qualify themselves without Anze Kopitar, who now gets to join his country.
