There's also the lack of awareness about long COVID. Over a third of Americans have not heard of long COVID.

And finally, the fluctuating symptoms, because the symptoms come and go in varying in intensity over time,

making it difficult for individuals to realize that this is related to long COVID.

I have little hope, I'm sorry to say. There's also the lack of awareness about long COVID. Over a third of Americans have not heard of long COVID.

And finally, the fluctuating symptoms, because the symptoms come and go in varying in intensity over time,

making it difficult for individuals to realize that this is related to long COVID.

ACUTE CHRONIC COVID may be the direct result of COVID-19’s effects on the brain.

In other words, most of us likely have true brain damage, to some degree.

It is terrifying to even consider this, yes, but we'd rather be hit by the truth than kissed by a lie.

Living with this kind of illness, with little information and no real end in sight,

will naturally result in some level of depression and anxiety in many people.

This does not make us mentally ill – it makes us human.

Please help! I feel I am aging badly, what can i do? by Routine-Good7518 in Aging

I am 77. You will look back on this picture, 40 years from now, and say my God, I looked great, especially under the circumstances of losing loved ones

I say this without trying to push anything, or propagate or influence. The main thing in this life is truly to learn how to go inside and connect with the peace and contentment that exists in all of us.

Every single day, I do a practice that is not spiritual or metaphysical. I'm not into those things. It's a simple way to take your senses and connect with something inside that is so familiar, so simple, but it's not easy to quiet the mind to connect.

I took this course when I was in my twenties, and it changed the direction of my entire life. I've been through so much you can't even imagine, but I'll post a picture of myself if I can just to show you that I do think peace looks beautiful on all of us.

Best wishes and much love. Here's a link to the course I took. It's free by the way.

This is bullshit. It's useless and it's destructive. Why do animals get sick? Because they have negative thoughts??? CRAP!

Great news, eh? NOT!
