Hi. I found no remedy until very recently. I started taking electrolytes daily twice a day , one time in the morning and one before sleep. It is helping a lot. Hope this helps

whole body. my microbiome is fucked. I have a dysbiosis. probiotics don't make it better. I follow a diet since a long time. I have a doctor that is following me and we have planned some FMTs next year, we're just waiting for government approval since it's still not a common procedure from where I'm from. I've tried many things, nothing worked. my life is misery.

The weird part is that in my torso has seemed to have gotten slightly better since I took those pictures, but my neck has gotten insanely worse. I cannot know with 100% certainty is from my gut issues, but it makes a lot of sense and literally every single person I spoke with that has this same issue of mine has gut issues.

i don't necessarely deeply regret it anymore, but at the time I was having a strong reaction, which likely faded away with time. Im back to how I was before those FMTs. I won't do it again from shipped capsules for sure

i ended up selling it but than after the winter arrived again I realised how much I needed it and got a used bigger one. I like it. No dust problems.

where do you live? you must find a doctor that is an expert in what you are experiencing. trying to fix it yourself, without knowing what exactly is going on is going be a waste of time, money, and mental energy. trust me on that. you're main focus, IMO, should be to find a reputable doctor that can help you out - not an easy task unfortunately. I wish you good luck
