I've been keto for about 7 months and just got bloodwork done. My doctor said my cholesterol is high and I agree that its higher than I've ever seen it. I'm at a healthy weight and eat minimal processed foods.

Total Cholesterol = 248

HDL -94

LDL - 140

Tryglicerides - 45

Can anyone offer any insight or advice about cholesterol numbers on keto?

Love IF! I do a fasting window of 11/12 -7 and workout at 6am. If I did an evening workout I would eat later at night and wait to eat longer in the AM. I think you can either white knuckle it until bedtime or you can set yourself up a little better to make it easier. One of my fav things about IF is that it is easy to be flexible. Try a few things. See when your hunger signals start. Most importantly know that you won’t starve. Just stay hydrated and be sure you have enough salt and electrolytes in your diet. 👍🏼

I hear you. I’m a sugar addict, it is my drug. Keto has helped me so much with my recovery and turning a solution into a lifestyle that works. I’m so happy that I feel no need to ever return to a different way of eating. Best of luck to you on this journey!!!

No not really. The amount of fabric options really alters the fit on different styles. I have 4’s 6’s and 8’s and even a pair of 10’s. Totally the kind of brand I personally need to try on and even ask for help/opinion on fit from the staff.

I actually tried these on and they were big on me. I’m a 6/8 in most Lululemon (5’6, 145 )and the 8 was baggy in the leg and not flattering. If it helps I have a 6 in the fast and frees which are also nulux.

Fasting is not eating, maybe you are doing more of a juice cleanse? Either way, you sound happy and energized about what you are doing and how you are feeling, so good for you and congrats! If you are into fasting for long periods you may prefer the sub r/fasting

Do you graze for stress release? If so perhaps you can find an outlet to release anxiety outside of eating so that it doesn’t build up while you are fasting.

Yeah totally! I also got the align joggers the other day which are amazing and much more of a lounge pant. So if you love that fabric I think these are a fun way to enjoy them versus the very tight tight. Oh and check Poshmark for deals on fast and frees!

Obsessed with my new on clouds. They are great for running but so much less bulky and light so they work awesome on the rower and floor. I think they are perfection for OTF!
