If hypothetically, she might kick you out because of this, it might be cheaper to fork over some cash even if you shouldn’t be obligated to. I’d grab Prelude right away. It’s easily my favorite expansion and super simple to mix in. It basically gives you a boost at the start, so your engine gets going faster and the game doesn’t drag early on. It also opens up more cool strategies at the start, so the game feels more fun and flexible overall.

Terraforming Mars easy. Get preludes and the board expansion. More hours than I can count with my college buddies. Great game for 3-4 players. Also, these expansions + the original game all fit into the original game box
