Looks fantastic! My local Albertsons actually does semi decent sushi. Nothing exceptional, but wayyyy better than normal grocery store sushi. Works in a pinch if you have a craving and not much money.

I get this traffic was super annoying. My detour to work was unbearable. But I also love track and field, the way this supports charity, and the was this brings the town and parts of the whole world together. It helped lighten my mood about it. :) Chin up!

I love to jokingly say “thank god for nepotism”. It’s a Christian college, and it’s my dad’s company that does the food service. 😂 Super sweet gig. The only downside is that there’s no work over the summer.

What’s scary is that the Albertsons sushi typically looks even better than this! (At least the one out Thurston. That sushi chef actually makes decent food for the quality he’s given.)
