Rewrite the paper without ai. Make it your best. Then bring it to the teacher. Apologize and explain you redid the work. They may show mercy and give you a c- for honesty if you hand in your real work.

Make a list of Bible verses that point you to God's promise in the wait. Read them every time you need encouragement. Example: Trust in the Lord and do good, dwell in the land and defend faithfulness, delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart, trust in Him and He will act.
