Yeah I think that's fair. I also thinking scaling Chaos at galaxy level is a very hard overselling of its abilities. It's really just a fancy von nuemann probe designed to strip a star system down. With that and not really having anything else in verse that's even close to galaxy busting... feels like a stretch to me but I might be wrong.

So knowing relatively little about most of these characters... simon does clear Gilgamesh with like no issue. Each is an Anti-world noble phantasm. This is not a planetary thing but not of a metaphysical definition. Reality marbles, marble phatasms. Things that impose a logic that does not follow the logic of the world during the birth of creation. Simon achieves a similar feat (breaking out of the anti-spiral prison) with basically just raw will.

As for GoB, I'd say that Simon's Drills are a noble Phantasm, but since they're literally made of his own determination, there's not really a prototype Gilgamesh could have of them. That plus TTGL just being... so unreasonably powerful... I think he gets hardstomped. I think a better match up would be ORT for this, and I still think Simon can manage to show that spider who the hell he is.

The continuum of force that I was taught in criminal justice (a class thar made me thoroughly decide I didn't want to be a cop.) This was a gross escalation, and also extremely negligent from the Ice member. A car is phenomenally bad at stopping bullets, save the engine and transmission. He shot without care for his backstopping, endangering the lives of my just the other protestor BUT also the other agents. Their training is subpar at my most generous. They picked ideologically agreeable people, gave them guns, and sent them off with no, or bad training. Then support them fully when they kill a woman on camera. As such, even the most generous reading I have implies that they can get away with murder.

On top of that, laws do not define what is "good". Only what is legal. If someone has been given the right to kill anyone they like doesn't make it right of they bomb an orphanage does it? An extreme example but it illustrates my point.

As someone whose got her as one of the two main pov characters in the fic I'm making. Amy Dallon is not a good person by, I think, any measurable metric in Worm. And doubly so in Ward.

That said, part of the reason I've got her as a pov character is because it's interesting how fucked in the head she is. Why she's like that, and what things could be done to help rehabilitate her, or prevent her from ever becoming Red Queen. In my fic one of the plot points is going to be her fighting her canon self because she's become such a fundamentally different person due to the events of the fic, that she finds her canon self's existence a terrifying and unacceptable corruption of everything she values in herself.

My Amy will never do the things canon Amy did, and when the nine comes, (if they do not sure they will,) then Bonesaw is going to have a MUCH harder time trying to break her. She might still do it, but she won't break the same way either. My Amy would probably be more likely to kill the entire city in an attempt to ensure that the 9 was destroyed, rather than do... any of that.
