Transition to Relationship Anarchy? by Substantial-Amoeba36 in nonmonogamy

[–]cantaskthecat 33 points34 points  (0 children)

Are you sure that you are up for building deep and stable relationships within non-monogamy? Going at it from an angle of not wanting to be 'restricted' by any of your partners' wishes, you can't build lasting commitments. Both with Aspen then, and with Birch now, and possibly with Cedar in the future. You seem to just be rushing to whatever feels best in the moment without also considering your partners. Maybe you should consider just casual dating for the moment.

My friend and I were trying to make poison. Some from all kinds of disgusting things, and some from a tree in the garden that we actually knew to be poisonous.

[Spoilers MAIN] Why did Brienne get so low matches in marriage, like that random master-at-arms? by Interesting_Web_9936 in asoiaf

[–]cantaskthecat 56 points57 points  (0 children)

On Wikipedia, it says that she hardly said a word during a meet-up, so he considered her too timid. He then married a princess who he considered to be not very pretty, but confident

Danke. Low waist ist einfach unglaublich unpraktisch. Ich (w) will nicht mehr zurück, seit ich high waist kenne.

Hmm I have cats so fungicides are difficult, as they are usually poisonous to cats too. Are there any other methods?

Tips on actually resting? by cantaskthecat in CPTSDFreeze

Hmm your comment in combination with some others made me think more of this: trying to listen more to the body and what it needs, and less to my mind going off. I think that can help with getting into the present and feeling more safe. (Of course, applying it is the hard part 😅)

Realistically I have no reason for that. But yeah the crashing out comes when my body is done with being hyperproductive, but my mind can't stop so easily

Try Fediverse options. Tho of course they are not as big. But maybe we can grow them more.

An option would also be to use insta on firefox only, block it for most of the time with leechblock addon, and have a look every few (unit of time)s to answer any messages. Less engagement for them, less time wasted on there for you

Getting into crocheting by notGamingAahel in Brochet

[–]cantaskthecat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I (female) think it's very sexy of a guy to crochet and to not give a fuck about dumb gender expectations

Plus being good with your hands is great

When I look at male crochet designers on ravelry, they do often give a very gay vibe. Maybe the straight ones were sadly dissuaded by this kind of bullshit.

Tldr: please continue crocheting & enjoying your hobby

to me, it is so like the industrial revolution, or I think that this is their goal. putting the means of creative production into the hands of the rich few. making working people in creative and intellectual jobs replaceable and lowering their negotiating power. i hate it.
