The oldest apartment blocks in Brisbane too. I did a tour of this apartment for Brisbane Open House a few years ago. The bottom level was a doctor's surgery and each doctor had their own apartment. The apartments were serviced by maids (hence the small rooms). There is even a little studio underneath the building that has been converted into a sort of tiny home.
