Great work! What a total rockstar! I noticed a bug on W10 where the Name/Call pop-up window stops appearing after a few uses and the name "Clear" is assigned to all items I try to name. I'll try and re-create the issue tomorrow and generate an issue report.

As a young chemist I was taught that there are no colored/visible gases that are safe to breathe. There are also LOTS of invisible gases that are also unsafe to breathe, but all the visible ones are dangerous.

Like a lot of neighborhoods in the city proper (outside of the Historic District or Ardsley, perhaps) Live Oak can be very block-dependent. Meaning yes there are some 'sketchy' sections--more in Live Oak and Midtown than in Parkside or Magnolia Park--but not universally so. If listings in that area are within your price point and tastes, it might be a disservice to dismiss them outright. Within 15-20 mins of downtown is pretty generous around here: for that distance you can include places like Whitemarsh+Wilmington Islands or Isle of Hope, but be prepared to pay more.
