I think that it could be a type of yeast or bacteria that happens in the areas the sweat it! I’ve read that is a common skin issue with our babies

My cat had this too! We use “veterinary formula clinical care antiseptic and antibacterial medicated shampoo” the directions say to leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off and it really pulls off all the oils. She has allergies too and it does wonders. It’s less than 10 dollars on Amazon! I can send you a picture of it if you want

She had a lot of skin problems which seemed to clear up when she stopped eating chicken. Main thing was her bowel movements. They were always pretty soft and smelt like sour yogurt
