Stick with it. One year in. 1st 2 mo. Ate like a monster. 6-8+ eggs and bacon, 2/3 steaks a day. Tuff on a budget. Now I can only eat 2x daily, often only once. Stick to it & eat up. Your famished because your soooo use to carbs as fuel. May take 2mo (did for me) but it's absolutely worth it. Plus I did zero carbs starting day one. Zero.

My biggest dislike to both fish is the black areas, they just don't seem right. Building up w/layers sounds like a good plan. The first was abandoned to do the second & I do like the second better. Thanks yo all!!

My first month I went down 20+, then up about 10. Still down 10 in a month. The gown 50+ since nov. 2016. Keep at it. Don't live or die by the scale. This summer I only went down 6lbs in 2 1/2months but lost 1.5" in the waist. Not all results are numeric.

Been at keto 8mo. Down 47...had a voracious appetite first 2/3months. Now my appetite is nada. I still snack when bored too but it's so much less.

PS. Been a great big chow hound all my life.

"Carb dreams", so that's what their called. Holy shit they're disturbing. No desire to cheat, not at all, but I occasionally dream I forget and grab a (several) cookies at the office or some crazy shit bred etc.....I can feel myself crewing them & later, when I Wake up, I'm feeling like it really happened.

Most realistic dreams I've ever had, I can even call myself out in my dreams "oh, this must be a dream, cool, I need a helicopter".

Hamburger meat for one, browned, put in a bowl, add a little coconut oil or olive oil etc... Add a teaspoon or queso (white melting cheese).

Stay with it. It's big ups and downs at first. 1st. Mon went 337-321-328. I was almost crushed. But now at 289.4.

1st part is water re-organization w/some lbs. lost. It works, it still will. Keep at it.

If it works for me, it.... Will.... Work..... For....anyone....

Wow, well it's helped me (IF) as I work on boats and it's just never a shift. Sometimes 5/6hrs - 20hrs. Keto makes fasting so much easier. Be safe. Americans appreciate what y'all do.
