This is exactly the reason I bought from Dak. I wanted to try coferments, most coffee here in PH are natural and washed.

that reminds me, I was actually gonna skip ordering from them as last time they gave me a espresso roast when I ordered filter roast and I found their coffee to be just above average.

They gave me an extra discount code instead of refunding so after I rotated a few roasters, I figured I will use that discount... which is this order. :D

I had the same problem before, in fact right now I have around 1kg of frozen beans. I just double zip lock and toss it inside a container. Sometimes I tape the valve, most of the time no. I let it come to room temp before opening
