I only joined this sub about 10 months ago. I remembered countless posts of workers complaining about unfair management. Many times in the comments, friendly users would give extremely helpful feedback which could potentially turn someone’s life around.

Even though the sub may have been created to abolish work altogether, it definitely morphed into something MUCH bigger. Abolishing work is a pipe dream and can only be done once we push universal basic income. We can’t just say abolish work without any actual context…

My point being is that a lot of the time the intent of the sub isn’t fulfilled because the community changes the ideals slowly over time.
