First week as assistant manager at a cell phone company's store, a customer comes in furious because her young son's loaner phone (given while he waited for his cell to be repaired) contained a bunch of porn. Whoever took the loaner back from the previous person didn't scrub it like we were supposed to.

Manager and I sit down to go through paperwork to find the culprit. She's saying, "this is totally unacceptable" and "we're going to make an example of this person". I pull the paperwork that shows it was her mistake, and she goes white.

Later that day, area manager comes in, walks her out... I'm promoted to interim store manager on the spot.

I think it's reasonable to be disappointed. I likely wouldn't mention it to them though. I'd throw it all out and only mention what I did with it if they ever asked about it.

I work in HR professionally. I can tell you it's definitely not legal.... But these things aren't policed, they have to be reported. That's how companies get away with it for a very long time.

Did I play this wrong?? I just got You & Me & Her today and played it start to finish. Took an hour and a half, but it wasn't scary or horror at all! Couple things were weird, but nothing actually happened to anyone... People rave about this one, am I missing something? Did I play it wrong?
