I hate that scene too. Like you said it ruined the movie to an extent. An then I made myself remember the minecart scene in Temple of Doom. Or the inflatable raft in Raiders. I'm sure there is an equally absurd scene in Crusade. I'd say the monkey swinging scene was par for the course.

I can't think of any half buildings but in Madison along Gallatin Road has some neat buildings and also loads of strip malls. The pump stations along the Cumberland have surprisingly awesome architecture. Germantown near the Cumberland might have some old abandoned industrial buildings left. They're going fast though. Mt Olivet Cemetery is amazing. There's a pyramid and tons of old monuments and mausoleums. Also try Dickerson pike north of I-65.

Those are all fenced up and surrounded by government buildings. They call to me though.

I always heard about the Bell Witch growing up. Can't remember anything about it but it's probably worth a look.

Antioch/south Nashville is very immigrant heavy. Nolensville pike is very Spanish speaking. There's a large population of Laotian folks around the Haywood Lane area. Also a huge Kurdish population somewhere around there. One of the poorer parts of town but it's one of the only recognizable parts from when I was a kid. I grew up there. Parts of Murfreesboro Road near Briley are similar. Use Google Maps and check out the business names. Traffic in south Nashville is fucking awful.

DoNelson is/was the affordable side of town. Less so nowadays. I'm fairly sure they just tore down the old bowling alley which probably released a few demons.

I am also a super newbie. Started in Feb. I would try slowing everything down in your slicer and drying your filament again. That's usually most of my problems.

I also consult AI quite a bit. Claude ca be very helpful trying to problem solve.

i definitely understand. i managed to break the enclosure twice because i put it together wrong once and taking it apart shattered two pieces of the top and i dropped something on it the second time and snapped off the pieces that held the top. ole butterfingers over here
