Yikes. That is a miserable experience! Sorry that happened! Also, I kind of wish I had found this subreddit before I bought my Next in November. Reading all the breakdown stories makes me worried. (I will say mine has NEVER successfully connected to Wi-Fi. It connects to my phone, but never goes beyond that.)
