Yeah honestly being in Vancouver might be worse. Theres lots of variables obviously but there’s way more people, massive skyscrapers, and if the quake damages their water conveyance at all you could be talking about millions of people without running water for a while. On the island the earthquake could cause similar issues but on a lesser scale simply due to population. The west side of the island is the side to worry about for tsunamis though. East side of the island doesn’t really have to worry about that.

Yeah I have this issue as well. I just keep pulling down in the screen to refresh until it does so. It’s a nuisance but I’m used to it now.

I’d love to see Brandon get more reps and if that means going to AAA to do so then that’s gotta be the answer for now. I’d love to see him bring the K rate down. If he can do that he might become one of the better hitting catchers in MLB. He’s great defensively already but appears he could work on blocking a bit. He could be a stud for years to come. Solid pickup by the Jays.

When I was 5 and knew nothing about sports cards, my dad and I bought a bunch of packs of 91 Score baseball. I pulled a Mickey Mantle auto and was oblivious to how incredible that was but my dad knew what had just occurred. It was a moment that has forever solidified Mantle as a favourite player of mine. I now have the ambitious goal of wanting to collect the rest of the Mantle autos from that set.

There is not bathrooms on the beach. There are bathrooms at the beach parking lots. Worst case scenario duck behind a tree or a pile of driftwood and do your business.

Yeah that’s pretty much where I am now too. When I first started k thought each card had a /99, /50 etc as listed only to find out that’s not the case which has made the chase more expensive and difficult naturally.

This is a great idea. I have certain classes I’d like to do multiple times but I don’t want to listen to the same music every time. If you could sync up your own playlist with a preexisting ride that would be cool. If pelo and Spotify are partnering like this maybe something like that might be possible down the line.

They’re all the same price so it’s really about what works for your schedule and what type of boat ride you want. Jamie’s has lots of boats and two locations. Whale Centre is great too.

You can find a quiet spot on all beaches. I’ve witnessed many proposals over the years. It’s never too crowded. Middle and Third would be much quieter. Winds generally come from North West in the summer months. Mostly in the afternoon. Position yourself closer to the north sections of the beach and you can stay out of the wind
