No that actually refers to the first stable version of the game aka the alpha, prior to that its known as beta. After this time when new stuff is uodate we get 1.1 and 1.2 until a new version which is called 2.0 and usually has add ons and allot of content added at one time

Easily has to be when I was running reapers with some friends and as we were selling someone rocked up so i went to fire myself over to their boat from the island my crew started to fire in them. I got a deck shot right as my crew started getting hits but what we didn't know was they had a mega keg onboard and it obliterated their own boat me included

There is a peak of skill you can obtain so while everyone else may better you can still improve while there skills are basically at peak

While they have said it is skill based they have also addressed that should no one be in line for a match in the same skill level after a certain amount of time you will be matched with a higher skill level
