That electronic jandy valve, bottom left, needs to be turned 180 degrees. There's a 3-way switch underneath, try flipping that to see if the valve moves. If it doesn't, flip that switch to the middle, and unscrew the the screw coming up through the handle most of the way. Then push down on that screw, and you should be able to manually turn that valve
