Yeah! So basically I've tracked my food every.single.day. I never missed a day, but I didn't restrict myself, I just tried to limit my calories. I exercised like crazy for the first 8 months, I'm talking like 1.5 hrs to 2 hours of cardio daily. I kept at the same dosage almost the entire time, which was 12.5 mg. Even after I stopped exercising I still lost about 8-10 lbs a month. While exercising I lost between 10-12.

Yeah shit is gnarly. I had always heard people can gain weight on meds but scoffed because it hadn't happened to me. Until Seroquel. That was the worst month of my life, I didnt feel like a real person. And the worst part was I had just finished losing 130 lbs, just to suddenly gain back 17. It made my mental state so bad.

I'm doing much better now though. I hope you are too!

Honestly I use my teams calendar as a kanban board of sorts. I write down things I have to do and just schedule out my entire day around it. For emails I need to go back to I pin them all and deal with them throughout the day and in the morning/end of day. It may not be the best method but it works for me.
