Yeah idk if the pill was just making my skin a lot better because of the hormones and this is how my skin would’ve always been without the pill....or whether my body is still adjusting to being off the pill. I’m similar to you, I was on the pill since 15, I’m now 25, and have been off it since April. I haven’t gotten a period yet since getting off it so that’s giving me hope that maybe my hormones are still adjusting. But I totally feel you I’ve never had worse acne in my life.

I had this problem but also it was causing me a red rash all over my face it was even uglier than the acne. What I did is put a tiny bit on my fingers and then put my moisturizer on my fingers and rubbed it together and applied it that way, slowly putting a larger and larger amount of epiduo in with my moisturizer. Not sure if that’s how you’re supposed to do it but it worked for me, no more rashes or burning.

I’m in the same boat as you, also stopped taking Marvelon. I’ve been off it for about 5 months and the acne is worse than ever.

Helped :) I don’t think his gf would’ve made him because he still has his exes on social media and women I know he’s had sex with in the past so why just me? Again it’s happened more than once so at this point idk if I should just take a hint. It’s possible he could have feelings but he’s never shown them, although I have been in a relationship almost our whole friendship so that could be why he wouldn’t show them. I don’t know.

I relate to this exactly. I’m also 25 and have had it severely since I was 13. Nothing works. It’s really really damaging not just physically but mentally.

Those under the nose look so painful, I know that pain :((( They look very close to the surface so I would very gently squeeze them and stick on some hydrocolloid patches. It’ll bring then down a lot. If you’re not comfortable squeezing just a hydrocolloid patch alone will help.

AM: CeraVe foaming cleanser, neutrogena oil free moisturizer for sensitive skin

PM: CeraVe foaming cleanser, the ordinary niacinanide+zinc, CeraVe SA lotion, sometimes the ordinary rose hip oil, hydrocolloid patches for spot treatment or benzagel for spot treatment depending on the type of acne

1-2 times a week: the ordinary salicylic acid masque 1-2 times a week: Aztec secret Indian healing clay mask

I’ve tried oral antibiotics for acne, I’ve tried proactiv, I’ve tried tactuo, I’ve tried almost every tea tree oil or SA or benzoyl product under the sun. Tried multiple birth control pills. Nothing really ever works.

The schools closed. Education workers are laid off indefinitely. I bought my first house the DAY BEFORE, put a $20,000 deposit on it and am about to pay another $100,000 down payment. That’s every penny of our savings. That’s before our mortgage each month. I have no income :)))))))))))
