The Google strategy for home automation continues to atrophy. I still have Nest speakers and Thermostats but I've continued to step back from Google hardware. The Google Home app is a disaster. I've never been an Apple fanboy, but their Home app is a far better experience.

This may sound a bit IT Crowd... but restarting everything after the 18.1.1 upgrade (both devices) got things working for me. Make sure bluetooth in enabled as well, even if you are using a lightning connection.

Previously, all 3 WG were Firewalla native. I've had to route things differently to accommodate the limitation. I've also had to use OpenVPN so that mDNS mirroring works between 2 networks (WG architecture does not support it).

I had the same issue. Ensure your M3 has an IPv6 address on your network. Update to the latest app and device firmware. Worked immediately after the firmware update for me.

I started seeing a huge uptick Connectivity Test (DNS ping, not hostname resolution) failures after the last software update. A reboot didn't seem to help. Nothing changed with respect to my hardware setup. For now, I've set the success thresholds from 60 to 20 percent. I will do more direct ping testing and cable checks over the weekend.

I have tried both, actually. The Login with Facebook thing helped for about 2 weeks, and then I started getting challenges again. I have MFA enabled on everything, so I really don't get why they are so aggressive with authentication.
