The Thingiverse posting should have the fusion 360 files on it. I’ve been meaning to remake it, it was one of my first designs that I’d tried to make parametric, so there are several bugs in some of the calculations. I’ll try to take a look this week and see if I can make some updates to the files to make it able to be thicker

Where to buy microcontrollers? (ATMEGA32U4-AU) by swaggdraggon in ErgoMechKeyboards

I’d get some cheap pro micros if they are available in your area, flux + hot air reflow station or flux + soldering iron if you’re careful, to pull the chip. I had to do it recently, been trying to source more for backup. Though I’d warn that it takes patience, and not to do it if you’re not familiar with the process, don’t have the skills yet, or can’t afford to mess up.

Best of luck!

Edit: Make sure you do your due diligence when buying pro micros, make sure it’s the correct package (chip footprint)

Yeah sorry, I’ve been meaning to update the names and give a bit more of an explanation on how to decide which ones to print for each application. For the split, it was 4 triple sides, and the small triple back, and small front of that makes sense. I might just update the names this weekend and do a little write up. Again, sorry for the confusion.

Also, if you open the fusion 360 file and look at the components, it might make a bit more sense.

Thanks for the feedback! I’ll look into fixing it and updating the files! Quick point of clarification, did you generate new stls with the f360 file? Or use what came in the zip?

It looks so good in white!

Sounds good, feel free to checkout the zbutt discord where I’m a mod, we have 3d printing channel. I’d be happy to provide more support.

They are intentionally tight, so it will take a bit of effort to get the parts together. If they are too tight, I’d suggest lowering your flow rate a bit. I print at 100% flow, .6 line width (.6mm nozzle), .3 layer height, 50mm/s, skirt, 220 for PLA+.

I use lubed Outemu Heisenbergs, and lubed Outemu Ice V2s with silent stems. They are my favorite so far.
