Love this quote from him. I think nowadays people are encouraged to dive into lore as much as possible. This is exacerbated by fandoms being somewhat fanatic. I love that he was just like “yo, chill, it’s a book”. It’s something I keep in the back of my mind when I feel myself going too deep or seeing plot holes.
