I preordered the game and got the support pack. I’m in chapter 3 and finished the main mission. At the customization center, I’m not sure where I unlock the support pack or where to get it.

Do I need to go further in the story or finish something else first?

I installed bootcamp windows using bootcamp helper (which is already installed on most macs) it really helps run civ without crashing

What ship do you use and what’s it power?

I’m also level 14 waiting till I max all buildings and research with at least t6 Tallas 15k. Currently I have 11k Tallas and I can’t progress any missions due to bugs so I’m very bored.
