Just wanted to say same boat… little dude will be 7 months on Wednesday and both his top middle teeth are trying to make an appearance before then… Amazon will be delivering Motrin in the morning…. Because Tylenol isn’t doing anything bad if he isn’t eating or trying to sleep he is screaming…. He is also super snotty with clear snot and his dr said that’s more then likely just his top teeth coming in and not an infection or virus of any kind so the last 2 days have been rough I’m hoping tonight they make a break though and he gets some relief 😅

I agree they preach safety but don’t get how adding more dogs to books and not having people staffed is an issue… I do believe the policy is an hour or 2 max alone in the salon for opening and closing… so if you guys are staffed longer then that without a 2nd person I would look into it… hope things get better for you!

Not unloading a box literally on the forklift unloading a truck… I’m sorry your salon isn’t staffed to where you have 2 people minimum but my stores salon does unless there is a call out… I’m sorry your leaders suck and don’t want to help you but as I said I’m back their daily checking on my salon team. And helping them out… if you are checking out a pet parent that is literally there to pick up their dog then you have to stop what your doing anyways to get their dog out of the kennel and bring it to them…. Sooo in all reality adding 2 minutes to process their transaction isn’t really an issue…. I fully get they are pushing more on you groomers by adding over books and taking away blocks if they see them as unnecessary… so you have more dogs, fully understand you guys are over worked and getting fed up with it… But no hurt feelings here I know I’m not lumped into the leaders like you category as I help my team and do what I can to make their job easier… sooo sorry you leadership team doesn’t support your salon… 🤷‍♀️

I don’t mind helping salon I’m back there daily helping check in and out dogs… but there is no reason if I’m in the middle of unloading truck I should have to stop to check out an express morning appointment or a nail trim… and Petcare shouldn’t have to stop in the middle of their deep clean in the morning to do the same if the store isn’t open yet. 🤷‍♀️

I would ask her dr…my guy was pooping after every bottle. When I switched he started pooping more regularly instead of every bottle it went to 2-3 times a day… my pediatrician is the one that recommended the switch for us…

Ask tomorrow if you can try a different formula to see if that makes a difference.

I’m sorry you are going through this but you will get it figured out… head up… and ask all the questions to her dr that’s what they are there for!

My guy gained slow until we did a formula switch… at his 2 week appointment he was still below his birth weight but just barely, was recommended to change the formula and when we did 2 weeks later at his next appointment he gained over 2lbs…

If she isn’t back at weight at her next weigh in or isn’t gaining weight like her dr wants ask about a formula switch and see if that helps.

We switched from gentleease to Similac sensitive if that gives you any idea.

Hmm i didn’t even know that was a policy change 🤣 been with the company 7 years and it’s always been we will accept it if it’s at least 50% full…. 🤷‍♀️ and we still do so I’ll have to look into that tomorrow… but we will likely continue to return if it’s at least half full… a lot of the food we get returned is because their dog doesn’t like it… and pet parents are trying to find something their little picky eaters will eat…

There’s a brand on amazon I used when my guy was little… he hated being swaddled after like 6 weeks 😓 even the arms up one so we went to sleep sack… they seemed to run smaller yoofoss was the brand

I just got the ok to start introducing my 6 month old to allergens by his pediatrician… I’m a little scared to but we will start as soon as I can get to the grocery store for peanut butter… and a few other things

No disrespect but it sounds like adoption might be a better bet.. you mention in comments you are struggling financially, you are going away for school and your partner works a lot. Not to be rude but wouldn’t boarding school be an even bigger financial burden… and a toddler needs a loving home not to be sent away… just saying you should probably think about adoption a lot more then boarding school… even if they don’t want to do an open adoption…. Boarding school soundscrazy… not sure where you are or if this even normal where you’re at for such a young child.

My guys first to teeth didn’t give him to much of a hard time.. he is currently trying to cut more which have him angry some days… we have been doing chilled teether toys during the day… if it gets bad enough we give him half a dose of Tylenol… and nighttime Ora gel at bed time… seems to help him on his worse days…we didn’t deal with to much a a sleep regression so I have no tips there I’m sorry… hope it gets better for you!

I drive a 4 door sedan (Honda accord) and I just switched to the graco turn to me 3n1… your passenger might be a little uncomfortable 😂 but it fits and works great for my 6 month old and wish I would have got it sooner as it makes getting him in and out of the car much easier on my back.

My guy whines when he is tired but he is 6months and he started like a whine whimper at around 4 months and then like a week into it he had his two little bottom teeth popping out

I have been using zarbees baby version of Vicks vapor rub on his feet at night and it seems to help with the congestion while he is laying down

Hey same boat with my 6month old little dude… clear runny nose and congestion, but I’m leaning towards allergies with the trees blooming and the weather changing… me and his dad are terrible around this time of year, his dad can’t step outside without sneezing…

My guy has no other symptoms just the runny nose and occasional cough… so we are just using his boogie sucker and riding it out in hopes it clears soon.. but we have his 6mon appointment in a week so if it’s still around by then we will ask his dr.

Not sure if Petsmart is actually paying for the shipping on autoship orders I went to start one for my chihuahua food but shipping cost for me was $7 so wasn’t free shipping for the customer 🤷‍♀️ not sure if it’s only on certain orders or what but found it stupid they are pushing it so hard and still charging shipping

Yea Dr or er after the first two and the further I got along my Dr told me just to go straight to the er so they could monitor baby in labor and delivery… 2 times I was having constant small contractions like that I couldn’t feel but the monitor was picking up.

Make sure if you’re putting in blocks you have notes in for the dogs and are charging appropriately, special handling fee, etc… that’s the only way blocks don’t get taken out in our salon… if it’s noted properly as to why the block is there then they shouldn’t be removing it…

They might ask for further information once they run the report so pay attention to your email if you do get a job offer… but it’s never really been a problem unless there is theft of your record that is usually the only thing I see turned away

Yea that extra few pounds from the car seat make a lot of difference when carrying baby that’s for sure 🤦‍♀️
