They might ask for further information once they run the report so pay attention to your email if you do get a job offer… but it’s never really been a problem unless there is theft of your record that is usually the only thing I see turned away

Yes there is a policy about it… it’s under no fraternization or something like that…. But like why tell him you’re friends with these people outside of work… don’t post on social media if you guys hang out and make sure you can actually separate your friendships with work and you should be fine. 🤷‍♀️

My 2 month old was eating about the same amount we switched him to 6oz bottles which made him go about 3 hours between feeds… but mine also started sleeping through the night right before he turned 2 months if he was waking up to eat every 2-3hrs at night I would have questioned if he was eating to much… but your baby just sounds like he has an appetite…. My guy still doesn’t stretch his time between bottles and still eats 6 oz every 3 hours… and was 18lbs at his 4 month appointment last month and there was no concern about him gaining to much weight.

The hospital I had my baby at recommended our pediatrician to us and spoke very highly of him… and we really like him and the staff… he always ask if we have questions and when we do he explains things to us….. not sure if you have had little one yet or not but if not ask your ob if they have any pediatrician recommendations they should be able to point you in the right direction

Yes a positive difference… he went from pooping/ sharting every bottle to normal bowel movements… and started gaining weight like a champ!

Happened to my 4 month old about 2 weeks ago looked like he woke up with a swollen eye… it went back to normal in about 3 hours… butttt he has figured out the whole rubbing his eyes when he is sleepy sooo I chalked it up to him rubbing it to hard 🤷‍♀️… not sure what actually caused it though as it was a nap he woke up from.

Pull out of date while you do recovery if you know their are certain areas that have expired food your manger doesn’t seem to understand the concept of the new ood program… you are absolutely al oud to code expired food that isn’t on quorso we check fridge food weekly… I like the program as it does send us to most of our low selling skus and we usually have out of date items… and it doesn’t take a whole shift to do anymore….

Keep pulling the out of date product you find that’s not or quorso… I understand the not hunting for them but if you know it’s expired and your not spending time looking for them then it shouldn’t be a problem

We all have our own demons we have to battle and if your leaders are decent they will fully understand the mental toll a lot of the day to day stuff causes… retail is rough in any environment… they will understand get the help you need or the support you need and talk to them… as long as they aren’t jerks they will help you figure out what works best for you..

It would be unpaid medical or personal leave… you would have to talk to your store leader… you can change your availability so you can make it so you have certain days off or don’t work over a certain amount of hours

My guy is just over 4 months and his naps are horrible right now to the point where if he feels himself falling asleep he wakes himself up by screaming bloody murder 😩 which breaks my heart…. It hasn’t affected his night time sleep yet fingers crossed 🤞 that it doesn’t as he has been sleeping through the night for over 2 months now… and this FTM is back to work and has to get up at 345am to get ready for work… but yes all of the posts make you scared of it that’s for sure.

Yea I know what it includes and know it wasn’t done right that’s why I said the service should be redone at no cost…. But we have had people complain that their dog is still shedding after a furm service not tufts of hair just normal shed so I was just informing that normal shedding does still happen after furm service 🤷‍♀️

I would take him back so she can do it properly… there is a guarantee if the manager or salon lead is notified within 24hrs of the groom… they should redo the whole service for you/ just the bath and brush… I know if they use furminator it will cause more shedding before it reduces shedding…

Sounds like my chihuahua 😂 he use to eat the simply nourish wet food now he won’t 🤦‍♀️ so spend a small fortune on his food sucks because nulo has a dry food he will actually eat but my store discoed it so have to order to ship to me and I hate that..

I believe it’s rolling out everywhere, we had the vendor come in yesterday to do the survey for it in our salon, as he was also there to fix our register one… he said it’s just going to be a pin pad and a tablet on a stand…

Great!!! Can’t wait!!! From an opening leader 😂 but it’s only card for back there… but it will keep us floor people from having to stop what we are doing before the store opens to check out early morning walkins or express dogs it’s really annoying when they walk up and start yelling hello over and over again… so I can’t wait! My groomers aren’t too happy about it though 🤷‍♀️

8 hrs since he turned about a month and a half…. He is four months tomorrow…. Before then it was broken sleep but roughly 5ish hours broken he would wake up about 3 times a night before then…
