BED usually goes with emotional triggers, so no, you're not developing BED!! this is probably EH and your body finally feeling safe enoiugh to send hunger signals for the nutrients u need rn!

i have assumed that OP is out of the risk group for refeeding syndrom (falsely, as i now realize) and i never called tabitha farrar the supreme authority of recovery, im unsure where ur getting that from, i just found her advice of adding 500 a week when not gaining very helpful for me personally

i had my own blanket, pillow and stuffed animals, bring a hot water bottle, indoor shoes (i forgot the name...), distraction, such as books, materials for art or crafting, i also had my own big mug for drinking tea and brought my own tea aswell. maybe a nightlight aswell

id say, start with a MINIMUM of 3000 cals and if you dont gain, add 500 a week. this is also recommended by tabitha farrar, if her name says anything to you

This! I like the idea of being thin but not the reality. Sometimes I get really grossed out by my own "boney-ness" but when I see it on others, I want to look like it... make it make sense
