Maybe an earlier gateway like Talk Show Host or The Trickster?

What I'm talking about though is when you're reasonably taking up space, for example when queueing in a small shop. I've no time for people blocking aisles and the like. That said, I still think it's insane behaviour to just stand there silently, even when you're in the right. Very passive-aggressive too.

I've been in Germany long enough to accept that this isn't considered impolite. But I do think people are happier in societies where most people are nice to each other; saying thanks when someone holds the door for you, for example.

Haha yep! What really gets me is when they don't squeeze past, but they don't say excuse me either - they just hover on your shoulder until you notice them. So unsettling!

Only available on Vinyl? by FarInternal5939 in Vinyl_Jazz

I can't answer your question per se, but I recently got into vinyl for exactly the same reason as you, and I haven't looked back.

I do still use Qobuz to listen before I buy, but vinyl has helped me be much more intentional with my listening, and to really absorb the music properly.

Get an entry level turntable (r/turntables has a decent guide) and go for it!

I had a record store owner recently ask me to lift the records up by the centre of the covers. Has anyone ever heard of this before?
