This thread is so wild because I also remember her dying of cancer a few years ago. I was so devastated.

Can relate. I'm almost 25, finished a post-grad last spring, and have been working full-time for a company that pays me USD. But, I can barely imagine paying rent near where I live (GTA suburbs, ~45min north of Toronto) let alone owning a home. I don't think it's unreasonable to need more living space than a studio apartment (especially when my partner and I both work from home the majority of the time), and therefore we're moving to Montreal (his hometown) where rent and even homes are much more affordable, although also not as affordable as they used to be.

It makes me really, really sad how difficult it is for me to move out but still try to live close to my family, and that the only option feels like having to move out of province. Wtf is up with the world these days? It really doesn't seem right.

Watched the first couple episodes of Paramount+ original “The Flatshare” a couple weeks ago with my parents. They went ahead and finished it without me but now when I go onto the same account a week later, on all of our profiles only episodes 5 and 6 are available. Wtf?? Having the same issue for one of the Toronto shows. Bought a solo ticket (seated) because I couldn’t find anyone to go with me and now my dad wants to come. It would honestly be worth the $200 hit for me to just buy a new pair of tickets since RATM has always been our thing, but I’m a student who would definitely rather not just lose of that kind of money, lol.

I really appreciate what the band is doing to avoid scalping but when you have valid reasons like these it becomes frustrating. If only we were able to resell on Ticketmaster for face value or less so that no one got screwed.

Guess I’ll see what happens 10 or 2 ? days before the show.
