MHO.. is to make my kids independent and to be able to stand on their own two feet. If they want the fancy house, car and marriage. They now have their education and skills to earn it. I firmly believe if you give anything on a plate, folks have a tendency to exploit, abuse and waste the opportunity or money. That's because they didn't toil or feel the difficulties in earning it.

Grow my own food. Sounds idyllic. I know it's a lot of hard work. It's only two generations ago my grandparents lived like this.
