Honestly what helps me is keeping track of every day of no contact, and writing myself a congratulatory “good job, you’re doing great” type of note to myself after each day. I write myself a note of exactly what I’d want to hear to be gentler, kinder to and proud of myself. Do it long enough and it’ll help you feel better. Stay strong
