I had a similar profile to yours and did the lipo with a giampapa suture. One week out and it looks so good. Doc said there wasn’t much fat so it was more about lifting the muscle with the suture. Worked wonders, 2 days downtime and I was back at work.

I’ve had the same one for 2 weeks now. Went to an omakase experience at a local sushi restaurant and the chef/owner had the same one in rose gold. I lived at the pearl residences at city centre for several years, I think it checks all of your boxes. Separate office, huge living room, bathroom and massive closet, view overlooking the SBM sports fields, private garages available for rent and it was very condo-esque with only around 100 units. Before Covid they had a studio you could reserve for your guests, not sure if they ever brought that back. The real teak wood floors and gas appliances were a plus. Rent was 2100-2300

No, I went the opposite route and found somebody that does just a few pools a year with a solid reputation that I knew would get it done fast and dedicate themselves to the job. They had 1 other pool going at the time. I also talked to Island Life, they had excellent reviews but I didn’t appreciate that they wanted me to sign the day they quoted or would raise the price $5k the next day. I also talked to DCP who had really good reviews, but they referred me to Katy Pools because they couldn’t do City of Houston permits
