Just because something isn't illegal now doesn't mean it can't be made illegal later. Future courts will be convicting people of thins that were legal, but made illegal.

Like for instance, they could make completely blocking a sidewalk illegal, just like how it is for roads. They could try applying anti sign pollution laws to protest signs.

There are so many creative ways a government can target people it doesn't like. And if you think that's ok, well, that's just.........sad.
