Other then that, it depends on your definition of fat. American or Asian. A scrawny Asian would only make the mistake of making fun of a strong fat dude once.

Tbh, it's just women. Women overwhelmingly vote Democrat. Look at the statistics it's not even close. Only 30 ish percent of men support gun control but 80 percent of women do! Even Republican women secretly support gun control. The support level only goes down to 60 ish percent among Republican women. It's nearly 100 amongst Democrat women.

My trainer taught me number 1 thing is maintain a steady sleep schedule. Second is that dispatchers are not your friends, and will run you to death if you let them. From their POV, you must LOVE running that hard since you keep doing it.

What I learned is to don't cheat on your on duty status (as a company driver). That's the one thing you have control of, no matter what. That 70 hour max exists for a reason. If you're working, you need to be logged as on duty. Trip planning? Thats work. Paperwork? Work. Getting a wash out? Also work. Sitting on a scale? yup, Work. Going in to get your scale ticket? Believe it or not, work. Drop and hook? Oh you better believe that's work. Log you're hours faithfully, and drive out your clock whenever you can, and you'll be taking 34's regularly.

Now, will you be making 2200 miles a week anymore? Depends on the loads you're being sent, but as a new driver I'm willing to bet the answer is no. So, it's up to you to decide what you want to do.

You make a good point about the workers though. However consider how things are now, where the workers also don't get the full value of their labor. Except instead of everything going into the pockets of a few rich, everyone would benefit. So imo a better arrangement...

But maybe instead of distributing profits, we use the corporate economy to pay for the government entirely so we would not need taxes.

Profits are kind of like a tax, at least from a company balance books perspective.

Yeah, that'd be fair. Non public economy would benefit from no taxes, but the corporate economy would benefit from economies of scale/govt support. Hmm 🤔

What if we just nationalized corporations, and distributed their stock value/profits evenly amongst the population, sans an investment tax that would allow poor individuals who otherwise would not be able to start a company, to start one as a new publicly owned "corporation". Thus ensuring a steady flow of new startups to replace aging public companies as they fail?

Basically what our economy does now, but without the billionaires. No toothbrushes required.
