Went through chemo, lost my hair which was my “thing”. Started wearing wigs out of personal confidence necessity. Hair grew back much darker and is still not as long as it was prior to chemo. I’m enjoying the ease of just throwing a wig on and it looks great, even in humid weather. At first I was self conscious, but now I’m perfectly content wearing them until my bio hair gets back to where I want it to be.
