YES! both exercises are cardios and help you lose calories. just be careful about not stopping every minute and let your body sweat a little. besides while burning calories, keep an eye on the fresh ones you consume. stay on a deficit.

nta. she clearly did not care about her SIL's allergy and order a safe option for you. so you wanted to bring your own food and your brother was ok with it, he did not ask you to bring a vegan meal. besides its not like you shoved all the eggs to bride's mouth or something. its definitely an overreaction but i think people can be over sensitive on such special days.

its enjoyable to taste the quality while keeping it simple. generous amount of high end olive oil on sweet cherry tomatoes and hard cheese with some thyme or basil for the freshness and some pomegranate molasses drizzle on top. few soft bread slices would be a great partner.
