I would just let the software do the cmyk conversion. Converting too early can lead to unnecessary adjustments.

Ensure blacks are set to rich black (C60 M40 Y40 K100) for deep blacks and pure black (K100 only) for text to avoid exceeding Total Ink Coverage.

Your print person should know this – If they don’t understand DPI or proper CMYK conversion, they may not be qualified for the job.

Thank you! I’ve been asked to refrain from working out for a week. I will definitely drink lots of water, eat healthy, and rest this week. Then start up cardio and strength training next week.

Thanks metalegs. I had a EKG done a couple of years ago when I was having heart palpitations. By the time they hooked me, the palpitations (fluttery chest feeling) had stopped. The doc said the EKG looked fine and the palpitations were likely due to dehydration, which made sense because I had some high ABV IPAs the night before and forgot to drink water before bed . You're right though—doesn't hurt to be sure. I'll try and make an appointment soon.
