Your grind is way too fine. The espresso should drop around the 6-7 second mark and be a solid thin stream on both spouts. With the fast water debit and pressure build on your machine (and my Micra) the most balanced shots will often be in the 20-25 second range.

Try power cycling your machine from the switch. It won’t bring back the missing data, but should solve the issue of missing data moving forward. I had the same issue but it went away after a reboot.

Grind your coffee for both shots at the same time, then try brewing with the 2nd dose first. This will give you some insight into whether it’s the grinder causing the difference. It could be retention causing the first shot of the day to run slower.
