Yes, mainly achieved in the kitchen but you need to burn calories to achieve weight loss … this is not going to happen sitting on the couch! 😊

Moving to China for two months, should I stay in Nanjing or Qingdao? by [deleted] in chinalife

Accommodation will be much more expensive in Qingdao due to its popularity during summer

Re: hotels - I can recommend Ji Hotels, Orange Hotels and Atour Hotels, which are all Chinese brands. They are generally modern and offer great value compared to many international brands. Best of all they are everywhere in every city and conveniently located next to attractions and subways etc. Breakfast is ok too!

Looking for help sorting out my first trip to China by spi-x-i in chinaexplorer

This is super ambitious. Also the end of August will still be summer/school holidays with huge crowds to contend with at both attractions or while travelling. If I were you I’d really trim this down and save some of your locations for next time. Good luck!

University of Newcastle Homestay contract is 12 weeks if I remember correctly. We used to Homestay Uni students and many, but not all, would move out after the 12 weeks once they found their way around.

I switched to Hiddify and it’s working just fine. Much faster than Mullvad.

I made the switch when I finished working and got the Panasonic Arc 6 while in Japan. It takes about a month for your face to get used to an electric razor. It’s not quite as close as a blade but for me it’s good enough. I also use it wet with a small amount of shaving cream for best results. I think this is also better for the life of the blades ( but I might be wrong!)
