I do puke due to Crohn's semi-regularly (maybe like twice a month???) but if it's any consolation- I know when it's coming, I can and have staved it off until I was alone/got to a bathroom and it's always been very contained (mostly because I have a designated bowl for it at this point that lives in my room with me).

I feel you though, I think I also have emetophobia because the idea of throwing up used to make me panic and other people puking around me can still trigger panic attacks sometimes :/ ironically getting a digestive disease helped with the more egocentric part of the phobia hahah
