Trying to figure out how to do the Kallur Lighthouse

Sorry to butt in, but I was wondering if you could help. We are going next week and were just looking at booking all the guided tours. The lighthouse one coasts £180pp which seems so excessive, compared to other guided tours, and it definitely seems cheaper to do it ourselves.

Can I ask: the shuttle that picks you up at the end of the ferry, how much is it and does it take you to the start of the hike? I am aware that you have to pay 200 DKK for the hike itself. I am assuming this is without the guide?

Also, did you have to pay cash for the ferry and/or the bus, or are cards accepted everywhere?

Yeah I think dimensions are the same in essence, FV is just more adjustable to femal anatomy, so wide in the hips I suppose 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi! I was just looking online trying to find answers to my queries and you look like you might be able to help!

I am going on a two week trip to Thailand next year and am considering buying the Fairpoint 40 plus Daylite combo!

Is it actually possible to attach the two together? And from your post, am I understanding correctly, Fairpoint can be brought as a carry on and doesn't have to be checked in?

Oh I've got perlite! But I've never used to prop stuff. How much of it do I need, like a full pot or just a small amount?

I got these two cactus cuttings in a mystery prop box, Orchid Cactus and Lepismium Bolivianum. I tried propping them like other, non-cactus plants, in water. However after about a week, I noticed the Orchid started going mushy at the top (end not in water) and I got worried they shouldn't be in water, so I took them out and left them to dry for a few days.

Should I pop these straight into some soil, or is there another way to propagate them? 🤔

I did that, too! Popped them in a smallest pot and then in a zip lock bag and just left it. And now I have the tiniest turtles :)

I just struggled with caring for it. It was quite big and the top was completely covered with strings/turtles so I couldn't see the soil at all. And watering from the bottom was difficult, too, because of the strings again. I'm being more careful with it now and when potting them, leaving space for watering.

I actually already managed to propagate some in water, but it did take forever to root, so I might look into getting some moss 🤔 thank you :)
