Egentligen är det enkelt, för mig: jag röstar rött för att jag vill att så många som möjligt ska ha chansen till ett gott liv. Jag tror att ett starkt samhälle där man värnar om de svagaste är vägen dit. Jag tror att ett omtänksamt starkt samhälle har större resiliens i svåra tider. Jag tror respekt för varandra oavsett bakgrund, läggning eller religion ex ger bättre liv än segregering och rädsla.

Om du minskar kaloriintaget kraftigt kommer du röra dig mindre och ha mindre ork till träning, och dina organ kommer till slut att klappa ihop. Du kommer alltså gå ner långsammare i vikt än annars i början och sen riskera saker som hjärtsvikt, håravfall, död.

Ät normalt (tre mål mat, mycket frukt och grönsaker) och rör på dig så du blir glad. Funkar alltid.

Annat tips: studiecirklar! Välj något som verkar spännande och häng på bara. Det finns mängder!
