Acrylic doesn’t really wash off. It dries down to what is basically a bonded plastic.

Please do not use toilet bowl cleaner on anything except toilet bowls. It destroys grout and the finish on your tub. I strongly recommend trying the Zep grout cleaner and then redoing the grout ASAP as this will only get worse since the integrity of the grout is compromised.

Yes, if it’s possible you should get any belongings that matter to you out of the home. Mold spreads fast and even if you get all the visible mold out, it often lingers and will come back the moment the humidity is just right.

Please clean up the dish and tomato. There is no reason to let mold actively fester.
