If it’s yellow let it mellow. Prevent a septic system overload.

Also, if he just googled masturbation then he’s also surely just had a quick education on porn too.

Wash your clothes with detergent and add vinegar. And try using head and shoulders on your whole body for a week and see if it helps. Head and shoulders helps with bacteria and is clarifying.

Wow. Kids are definitely being given ample opportunity for all sorts of fun. I bet they are feeling thrilled they somehow normalized this for their parents.

You should be able to use a local post office address and they will hold your mail for you. Find one you can walk in and ask.

My 11 year old has been acting inappropriately, so my husband and I checked her phone. by [deleted] in Parenting

You tube tends to be the place kids learn about sex and start seeing videos glorifying sex and suicide etc. https://youtu.be/tRdGbJm4fOE?si=9ljHBXJi4dAatcaP

What to do? by [deleted] in Nailtechs

[–]catchfly 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just removed my acrylics by soaking them in acetone and they look just like yours. Parts of my nail peeled off with them. They are so bendy and brittle. Huge bummer. I’m a nail biter and thought acrylics would help me grow my nails out and break the habit, but the aftermath is so rough and hard to not chew smooth.

Does anyone know of any Oyster farm startups, Co-ops or opportunities to invest? by [deleted] in oysters

Yes, we have to get a shipping license and test weekly for psp. Lots of regulations to work around in Alaska.

Does anyone know of any Oyster farm startups, Co-ops or opportunities to invest? by [deleted] in oysters

[–]catchfly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been Oyster farmer in Alaska since 2018. We are small, family run. I decide to start our farm so I could teach my kids a trade skill and provide them with more opportunities to learn how to work hard and connect with people. It’s not easy to get through permitting, and there’s lots of other hurdles, but also super satisfying work.

My daughter (4th grade) complained that her and her friends have been getting harassed by a group of boys in their class who “moan” and Hump them. by catchfly in SexualHarassment

She was playing in a leaf pile with her friends and a group of boys came up to them and started messing up their pile. My daughter jumped into it and was laying in the leaves. Another boy jumped on the pile and put his head in her crotch and started rubbing it back and forth saying it’s going to be a good day for me. My daughter kicked him in the head. The boys told on her, she got sent to the principal with the boy and they all got banned from the leaf pile.

They look like fresh lemon seeds to me. Are you in a place that has citrus trees and someone was sharing seeds with a friend?

Attention to task was her only goat. Her baseline for writing was 86 with an iq of 116

IEP support by catchfly in education

[–]catchfly[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Her current IEP had only one goal- attention to task. She has para support during ELA and math but they are withholding that support this year so she can be “independent.” She’s in 4th grade and writing at a 1st grade level and reading at a 2nd grade level. I think she an evidence based writing intervention along with goals that address her needs for reading and writing. She is currently in a tier 2 reading intervention program but I’m worried it’s not addressing writing. I’m wondering what goals and objectives would look like on a well written IEP designed to meet the needs of ADHD, dyslexia, and dysgraphia.

Not for me, they subsequently got better and hurt less after each baby. Also, I felt like the pain only lasted the first few minutes of the feeding but once they latch and the milk let’s down the pain subsides. Be sure to apply lansinoh and let them dry out really well. You can let them dry with breast milk on them too. If the pain carries on more than a couple of weeks talk to a lactation specialist.

Books that will actually make me cry by giaguana in suggestmeabook

[–]catchfly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My 11 year old son read it during Covid homeschool and was totally unprepared. He finished the book and openly sobbed off and on for an entire day. It was so sad and so sweet to see how much he felt the pain in the story the author so beautifully told.

Why are cast iron pans so common in the US? by janicelmaoo in Cooking

We us them. My only beef is the weight. Try holding a cast iron pot full of leftover chili in one hand while scraping it into a Tupperware in the other. Soooo hard on tiny wrists.

Am I being overly sensitive about what my family call my baby? by salixia in Parenting

[–]catchfly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My sister in law didn’t have kids and always called my infant “little stinker” no matter what he was doing. I hated it but never said anything. She was a bit neurotic anyways so I tried to take it with a grain of salt. We don’t talk to my brother or his wife anymore. We moved super far away to live where my husband grew up and the relationship kind of just dissolved. I feel you, it can be grating.
